LIMITED SPACES – BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL
This is next level resistance training. In this class you will wear a harness which can be attached to bungee cords or straps, depending on the exercises. This class will build your strength and endurance while working under resistance. Our certified trainers will give options for all exercises to cater for different levels of fitness.
This class is for everyone. A high intensity workout to get your heart rate up. You can expect to work on pad combos, boxing bags, floor exercises and core work.
WOMEN ONLY SESSIONS
HUB ELL (Eat, Love, Lift) is a class that offers a mixture of fitness types – weights, toning, boxing, circuit training even getting outdoors for different activities from bush walking to running. These sessions are for women who are looking to get together with other like-minded women to get fit, live, love, laugh and have fun.
HUB HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class is strength and cardio based interval training. It has a combination of exercises and equipment from body weight, sand bags to barbells. An all over body work out while giving people a sample of different types of training within one session that they might not have tried.
Another class that suits all levels from beginner to experienced. ZUU is all body-weight exercises. The class is structured in an interval training style.
The ‘ZUU-TEAMAXE’ classes on Monday and Friday nights are the family sessions. So bring your school children from 6yrs to 16yrs for a workout. Koha/donation entry fee for your children 6yr – 16yrs.
